Come along and have a go at traditional skittles and meet up with old friends and new - Bring your own drink and nibbles - £2 per person and there will be a raffle so bring an extra £1 or 2!! Licensed bar will also be available.
Open Gardens event Saturday 20th June 10am until 4pm
Come and join us for a delightful Open Gardens event on Saturday 20th June 2026.
Spend a lovely day strolling through our beautiful historic village and exploring 12 charming gardens specially opened for visitors. From intimate courtyards to larger landscaped spaces, and from elegant formal designs to relaxed cottage-style planting, each garden offers its own unique character and inspiration.
While you are here, treat yourself at the village hall to a delicious ploughman’s lunch, with a choice of cheese, ham, or hummus. You can also enjoy a traditional cream tea or a slice of home-made cake, served with tea or coffee.
Programmes will be available on the day from the village hall at £5 per person, with free entry for children under 14.
Please note that 7 of the gardens will be open all day, while 5 will open for half-day visits. Full details are included in the event programme, helping you plan your day and make the most of every visit.
